Caines will be joining executive chef Neil Haydock and his brigade of apprentice and professional chefs to create a special birthday menu combining traditional European-style dishes (Michael Caines' trademark) with Fifteen Cornwall's Italian-influenced cuisine. The top chefs will talk guests through each dish as it is served, making a fun and lively evening. And since this birthday party is strictly for grown-ups, Luca De Marchi will be introducing each of the wines that he has personally selected to match each course.
