The Head of Facilities is looking for a dynamic leader to join the Facilities Management team. Strong leadership skills are essential with a management degree. Leadership is key; we can train you in the specialties that you will be leading, and these areas will include the Porter & Security Team as well as other areas within Facilities Management.
This is a patient and customer focused post that must ensure efficient and effective services. Facilities covers all of the services offered in a hotel, but in a hospital – catering, cleaning, linen, car parks, switchboard and porter & security services, so a hotel background would be great.
The following training will be available for this position - Trust Mandatory training, Conflict Resolution Training, Ikon Breakaway Training, Infection Control, Basic Life Support, Medical Gas Training, Patient Handling Training.
