Now in their fifth year, the awards continue to recognise the innovation, dedication and high standards demonstrated by teams working in university catering and hospitality.

For the second consecutive year, the University Chef of the Year category is attracting significant interest from chefs across the sector. The award highlights culinary talent within university kitchens and showcases the creativity and skill that drive modern campus dining.

The University Chef Award is sponsored by Major International, supporting the recognition of outstanding chefs working in higher education.

The closing date for entries is Friday , 3 April, and universities across the UK are encouraged to submit nominations. The awards and accompanying conference will take place on Thursday 16th June at Aston University.
