The awards will be presented by renowned food and drink journalist, Nigel Barden. Chefs, restaurants, bars, pubs and hotels from across the North West, Yorkshire and the North East will have the opportunity to excel in eight categories and be in with the chance of winning the coveted Northern Hospitality Awards title. David Gale, the Hilton Hotel's head chef, will be creating a four-course menu for the evening which will honour the essence of Northern fine dining. All of this plus live entertainment will ensure the evening is truly sensational.
