Craft Guild vice chair Mark Reynolds receives Chairman’s Award
The Chairman’s Award was given to Mark Reynolds for his outstanding commitment to the Craft Guild and his continued support of all our competitions and events.
President’s Trophy is awarded to any establishment for outstanding food and service, nominations from the Chair of the Vice Presidents Council. Tottenham Hotspur Football Club received the award for excellent service and culinary skill at last year’s Business Partners lunch.
They also provided the perfect setting for the National and Young National Chef of the Year mentor day, with celebrity chef masterclasses, guidance and advice as well as a panel discussion on sustainability and the hospitality industry for future entrepreneurs.
Matt Owens, chair of the Craft Guild of Chefs, said: “Mark will always go above and beyond to drive the Craft Guild of Chefs forward, he has contributed to our industry by putting as much back as possible by being involved by supporting our Business Partners requirements, training the young chefs of tomorrow.
"Mark has become a huge ambassador of the Craft Guild of Chefs, and is always first to support our many projects from NCOTY mentor days to chef engagement in education.”
