Craft Guild of Chefs wins two silver medals at Culinary World Cup
The Culinary World Cup is a five-day event that brought together over 1,500 chefs from around the globe. The competition is staged every four years in a different location.
The culinary team won two silver medals in the Individual Culinary Art competition as well as a diploma of honour in the Individual Pastry Artistic competition.
The culinary team included:
- Peter Joyner – team manager
- Terry O’Riordan – team captain
- Kevin Millar – team pastry chef
- Wayne Corbett – team chef
- Rick Owens – team chef
