Craft Guild of Chefs Wellness Event to explore building healthy relationship with food
The free-to-attend event will be led by Emily Priddis, founder of Quiet Mind Coaching and author of ‘The anti-diet guide to health and weight management’. She is a health and life coach with a passion for helping people build a healthier and more empowered relationship with food.
Having spent years navigating the fast-paced, high-pressure world of hospitality and public service, Emily understands first-hand how challenging it can be to prioritise wellbeing while managing demanding schedules, long shifts and an environment centred around food.
In this talk, Emily will share key learnings on how to cultivate a healthy relationship with food, nourish the body effectively, and make choices that sustain energy, mood, and performance.
Drawing on both personal experience and evidence-based nutrition principles, Emily will focus on practical, realistic strategies for supporting the body without restriction, guilt, or complexity.
Her work centres on balancing blood sugar, tuning into hunger and energy cues and creating supportive habits that fit seamlessly into even the busiest hospitality lifestyle. To sign up to the free event, visit here.
