The Craft Guild of Chefs judge at Publican awards

Written by: Admin
The Craft Guild of Chefs joined a panel of other experts to judge and hand out accolades at this year's Publican Food and Drink Awards.
The chef's association not only joined a panel of experts to help with the difficult task of deciding on a winning line-up, but presented Chef of the Year at the recent glittering ceremony at London's Intercontinental, Park Lane. The award, one of 14 up for grabs, was won by Alan Hill from the Devonshire Arms in Beeley, Derbyshire. Craft Guild of Chefs' chief executive officer Martin Bates did the honours and presented Hill with the award. In addition, the Craft Guild also treated every winner to a year's free membership to the association. The Publican Food & Drink Awards are designed to recognise talented individuals and their pubs.
