Marco Fuso truly is a legend in the pizza world. He has his own pizza consultancy business and his own flour brand and now his own restaurant. There will be a dough masterclass from Fuso followed by food.

The menu includes:

• Starters to share: Arancini – Crocche and Burrata with grilled vegetables and focaccia
• Pizzeria to share: - Margherita – Salami – Asparagus – Porcina – Bella e Buona
• Dessert: - Tiramisu

Attendees will get one drink per person included on the price (soft drink, beer or glass of house wine). They will also receive a bag of Marco Fuso Pizza Flour & bits from The Craft Guild of Chefs.

The lunch club costs £37.50 per head for members and £42.50 for non-members including VAT (booking is essential and places are limited). The event is taking place at 1 Battersea Rise, London SW11 1HG.
