Vicky Enderson, chair of judges commented: “Greg has demonstrated great commitment to developing his team for the competition and is a deserving winner of this award.”

The award was presented to Greg by Henrique Sa Pessoa who is a two Michelin Starred Chef from Lisbon. Henrique started his career working with Andrew Bennett in London at the Sheraton Park Lane Hotel.
