As part of the Farm Frites Development Chef programme, these are new awards that seek to recognise the best menus, dishes and multi-site chefs across the restaurant and pub sector. The eight categories are:

Best Restaurant Menu (3-20 sites)
Best Restaurant Menu (21+ sites)
Best Pub Menu (3-20 sites)
Best Pub Menu (21+ sites)
Best New Dish
Menu Innovation of the Year
Group Chef of the Year – Restaurants
Group Chef of the Year – Pubs

Development chefs, group or executive chefs, or chefs responsible for menu and food development across multiple site restaurant and pub groups are being invited to enter. Successful entrants will be invited to attend the winners’ lunch at Dinner by Heston Blumenthal in London.

The awards will form part of the Farm Frites Development Chef Summit that takes place at Westminster Kingsway College on March 19.
