Bunzl reveals catering and hospitality operator’s top concerns
Cleaning products and cleaning solutions are the top concern for catering and hospitality operators, according to Bunzl Catering Supplies’ Innovate blog.
The growing requirement for ‘Free From’ product labelling is another key area of interest for operators. ‘Allergens’ also score highly, as did ‘Compostable’ suggesting operators are searching for sustainable solutions, Bunzl finds.
