Brian Turner to present U Dine Awards

Brian Turner CBE has been announced as the awards host for the U Dine Awards, which will take place on 16 June at Edgbaston Park Hotel, University of Birmingham.

A joint initiative between Inside Foodservice and University Hospitality Seminars (UHS), the U Dine Awards were established to celebrate and recognise excellence in the university hospitality sector.

Paul Martin, director of Inside Foodservice, commented: “We are looking forward to taking the winners on a European Food Study Tour to Tuscany, Italy in September 2022, a trip that will support their personal development and the offer at their institution.”  

The six U Dine categories include:

  • Sustainability Initiative Award
  • Street Food Award
  • Delivered ‘in’ Catering Award
  • Café Concept Award
  • Best University Venue Awards
  • Innovation and Technology Award
