The evening will be sponsored by UK Game, the country's leading game dealer, and hosted by specialist game lecturer Jose Souto and chef lecturer Norman Fu both from Westminster Kingsway College. R&R Teamwork will be supplying beer from all over the UK and around the world. Sampling and matching will be taking place using a selection of different game from pheasants and partridge through to different types of venison. Each type of meat will be cooked simply to bring out the natural flavours of the game. An accompanying sauce will also be served with the game to add another element to the tasting.
