Aviko to host free webinar showcasing how to build a restaurant franchise

Aviko has invited hospitality operators who are interested in franchising to join them for a free webinar on 16 June.

Taking place from 11-11.35am Aviko’s senior food consultant Paul Halliwell will be joined by Matteo Frigeri of Seeds Consulting to discuss how to build a restaurant franchise.

 There will also be a Q&A session, which will see Imran Mamud, founder of Rooster Shack, and Philip McGuinness, founder of Tootoomoo and Tiny Cloud Kitchens joining the panel. Restaurateurs will be able to get involved by asking questions to the panel who have first-hand experience in franchise business models.

Halliwell said: “Coming out of lockdown, we know that franchising is a valid consideration for many small restauranteurs looking to expand.

“This is a key opportunity to benefit from Matteo Frigeri’s staggering experience, as well as Imran and Philip who will be talking frankly about their own journeys to successful franchising.
