Currently serving as a catering manager at Compass Group, I bring over 15 years of culinary experience driven by a genuine passion for food and hospitality. For me, being a chef has never felt like work — it’s a career built around doing what I love every day.

Throughout my career, I’ve worked across 8 countries, gaining a diverse range of culinary influences and experiences, and have proudly achieved 3 AA Rosettes in recognition of excellence within the industry.

Beyond the kitchen, I’m passionate about travelling, experiencing different cultures, and connecting with people from around the world.
