Serves 4
- Half French baguette loaf
- 50g soft butter
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tsp mixed herbs
Preparation method
1. Heat oven 200c / gas mark 6.
2. Carefully cut loaf in half then again lengthways to give you 4 slices.
3. Mix butter, garlic and herbs together and season.
4. Spread the butter mix onto the bread slices.
5. Bake on a tray for 8 mins until golden brown.
