The summit is aimed at educational institutions, training organisations and the wider industry. Building on the success of the Craft Guild of Chefs Accreditation programme, the summit will share insights into successful learning programmes. 

Changes to the Craft Guild of Chefs College and Training Accreditation scheme will also be outlined during the summit. In addition to the sessions delivered by those working in education and training, the programme will also feature industry speakers. 

The opening evening event on 9th January at the Silver Plate Restaurant will feature a keynote address from Chris Galvin.

David McKown, chair of the education and training committee, said: "Chris is passionate about education and the hospitality industry , so this will be an inspiring evening."
