Taking centre stage on 26th June will be the teams from Belfast Metropolitan College, Sheffield College, Loughborough College, North Warwickshire and South Leicestershire College and Suffolk New College.

Vicky Enderson, chair of judges, commented "The standard of the competition is progressing year upon year and this is testament to the hard work of the students and mentors.”

At each stage of the competition the teams prepare and serve their dishes in a live restaurant situation to guests from industry. The theme of the competition is ‘Escoffier Re-Imagined’ and the winners of the national final will embark on a study tour to Paris.
