Essential Cuisine launches ‘turn up the heat’ campaign

Essential Cuisine are calling on chefs to submit their ‘hero summer dish’ as part of their new ‘turn up the heat’ campaign.

Until 31 May, the foodservice brand will be accepting entries giving chefs the chance to win a commercial kitchen appliance of their choice up to the value of £1,000.

Jon-Harvey Barnes, senior business development chef at Essential Cuisine, said: “We’re looking for creativity; fire cooking, seasonal ingredients, passion and of course flavour.

“I’m so proud to work for a business that wants to giveaway such an amazing prize after such a tough year in one of the most impacted industries. We are hoping that this prize will open new doors and opportunities to the worthy winner.”
