Winner:Simon Stocker,Westminster Kingsway
Simon Stocker has been with the Westminster Kingsway College for 16 years. He is now senior chef lecturer and advanced practitioner.
Stocker received a phenomenal number of nominations for this award, all citing his dedication and determination. Peers say he understands the importance of being a team player within education and working with others to create the best possible environment for learning in the classroom and within the Real Network Environment at the college.
Even with a young family, he still finds time to assist his students during competitions, often working outside required hours to help, and going out of his way to ensure his students get the most out of the course.
