
Unox invests in culinary team with two corporate chef appointments
As former chefs both Bentham and Anand bring a wealth of experience, industry insight and passion to their new roles as corporate chef. Each with their own unique path to Unox UK aiming to strengthen the company’s position as an industry leader.
Previously a key account manager at Unox UK, Bentham brings his in-depth knowledge of the Unox portfolio as well as industry experience as a sous chef to his new role.
He said: “I am incredibly excited about my new role at Unox UK. It’s a fantastic opportunity for my career development within the company and combines two things I am very passionate about: striving for excellence across the foodservice industry and helping chefs deliver consistent, high-quality dishes to their customers.”
Previously a commis pastry chef, pastry demi chef de partie, and chef instructor based in Mumbai, Anand became well versed with Unox India as an end user, predominantly in the hotel and restaurant sector.
She commented: “My new role is all about bridging any gaps between culinary creativity and Unox’s ground-breaking technology to make the cooking experience as seamless, limitless, and enjoyable as possible.
“Understanding pain points as chef, I am really excited to demonstrate how we can transform professional kitchens in the UK with tailored solutions by having one-to-one conversations with clients. This is such a unique and exciting opportunity for me to be a part of creating a more sustainable and prosperous future for the UK’s foodservice industry.”
