UK Young Restaurant Team of the Year unveils five finalists
The semi-finals of UK Young Restaurant Team of the Year 2025 took place at Lainston House on 11th March with five teams advancing to the national final of the competition.
Vicky Enderson, chair of Judges, commented: "The standard this year was the best ever at this stage of the competition, we are now excited to see how the teams raise their performance for the final.”
The teams through to the final include:
- Academy by Simon Rogan
- Eastleigh College
- Loughborough College
- Suffolk New College
- University College Birmingham
The final takes place at the annual Skills for Chefs conference and the winners will be revealed at the Gala Dinner on Thursday 26th June.
