Team UK’s 2023 candidate Ian Musgrave and Spencer Metzger, head chef at The Ritz London, teamed up to delight guests. While the most recent Sunday Session was hosted by Adam Bennett, who achieved the highest ever score by a British chef in the Bocuse d’Or world final just six points off the podium.
