Tom Aikens partners with social media star on new menu

Chef Tom Aikens has partnered with influencer KS Ate Here to launch a ‘Detox vs. Retox’ menu at his Chelsea-based restaurant, Tom’s Kitchen.

The perfect solution for diners who want to be good after Christmas and those continuing to indulge, Aikens and KS have created one dish each, as below:

  • Aikens’ detox dish: cured salmon tartare with crushed avocado, pickled black radish and a sesame soy ponzu dressing
  • KS’ retox dish: raclette cheeseburger (beef patty in a red pepper brioche bun with raclette cheese, Marmite onion relish and spiced onion rings) served with chicken dripping fries

 

The new menu is available for lunch and dinner u=exclusively at Tom’s Kitchen Chelsea, until 31 January.
