Stoke Park welcomes leading chefs for one-off dinner event

Stoke Park executive chef, Chris Wheeler, is hosting a one-off ‘Meat’ the Chefs evening, with the help of five other ‘top’ chefs, including his former boss Jean-Christophe Novelli.

Also joining him on the night are Masterchef ‘The Professionals’ finalist, Louisa Ellis; The Miller of Mansfield’s Nick Galer, Dez Turland and Hari Ghotra; and Robert Kennedy of All England Club.

 

Continuing Stoke Park and Quality Meat Scotland’s (QMS) partnership, all beef and lamb served will be QSM certified, with each chef preparing one dish each.

 

Wheeler said: ‘(Stoke Park) is really excited to welcome a group of extremely talented chefs, to cook a fantastic seven-course dinner for our guests.

 

“Each chef will meet and greet the guests and answer any questions they may have about their dish.


“Each has created a beautiful dish for the evening, which I hope our guests really enjoy.”


The event will kickstart with a Champagne reception followed by the five-course dinner.
