Blanc – chef owner of the two Michelin-starred Belmond Le Manoir aux Quat'Saisons (Oxfordshire) – will be joined by its executive head chef, Gary Jones, and chef pâtissier Benoit Blin.

Robin Gill (The Dairy) and Aggi Sverrisson (Texture) – two of Blanc’s protégés – will also be lending a hand, helping to prepare and serve the specially created four-course meal.

Taking place at Chino Latino (Park Plaza London Riverbank), executive group chef Werner Seebach will keep the Blanc and co. in check before serving guests his canapés and petit fours.

As well as an exclusive live auction, Blanc will take place in a Q&A session throughout the evening, providing the diners the chance to learn a bit more about his culinary career.

He said: “We always look forward to the merriment of Christmas, as we reflect on the past 12 months and prepare for the year ahead.

“Of course, the festive season is the busiest time of the year for those of us who work in hospitality, and we often take on added pressure to help create special memories for others. 

“This stress can sometimes lead to difficulties and it is here that Hospitality Action can lend a helping hand.

“I cannot wait to be reunited with Robin and Aggi and work alongside Gary and Benoit in aid of Hospitality Action and all those they support.”
