Rational to host 22nd TrendTalk Session

Rational, the manufacturer of thermal cooking systems, has announced its 22nd TrendTalk Session will give chefs reasons to stay in the industry.

This session features inspiring chefs from all over the world who will share their unique skills, experiences and challenges:

  • Vojtech Vegh, the ‘godfather’ of food-waste prevention and author of the book "Surplus: The Food Waste Guide for Chefs.
  • Earl Gray, iconic chef and entrepreneur with a holistic approach to cooking that merges technique, sustainability and artistic presentation.
  • Rehan Uddin, culinary visionary and dynamic leader in the world of Pan-Asian cuisine and head chef of restaurant Indi-Yang.

The upcoming TrendTalk will again be moderated by Michael Jones from 1473 Media and Stephan Leuschner from Rational. The webinar will take place on Tuesday 6th May 2025 at 1pm.
