Tandi will bring his signature style to the brand and create new multi-cuisine fine dining and casual-dining concepts for the collective, with the first launch at the end of 2018 as an Indian street food concept at the Courthouse Hotel in Soho.

Having catered at premium destinations including Nobu London, Dinner by Heston, Kiru ad Madhu’s and developed expertise with luxury venues including Edwardian Hotels, Tandi will coordinate chefs across Mastcraft hotels, as well as develop the existing offerings in all the properties.
