Written by: Edward Waddell
The Prime Ministers Trust has announced that it will host its Gala Dinner on Thursday 15th May 2025 at the Lansdowne Club to support young hospitality professionals.

This will be the PM Trust’s first official event following the appointment of their new patron John Williams MBE. As executive chef at The Ritz London, overseeing a brigade of 60 chefs and managing Michelin-starred dining experiences, he brings a wealth of culinary experience to the Trust.

A spokesperson for the PM Trust said: “Our fundraising Gala Dinner will be prepared by Henry Brosi and his team and assisted by hospitality students from Westminster College. Dine with us in the grand ballroom.

“The epitome of breathtaking grandeur, the Grade II* listed 18 Century Ballroom was originally designed by neoclassical architect Robert Adam. Featuring an impressive gilded vaulted ceiling and minstrel galleries, this magnificent space is a delightful mix of quintessential English charm and timeless luxury.

“By attending our Gala Dinner, you will be supporting aspiring chefs and hospitality students, whether that’s by helping to cover daily college costs, providing essential culinary equipment or funding experiences that will take their learning to new levels.”

The PM Trust has supported some industry greats including Jason Atherton and Brian Turner. Book now and be part of the next generation’s success.
