A Passion to Inspire to hold upskill day at City of Glasgow College
Murray Chapman, founder of A Passion to Inspire, said: “A very special Day planned to Inspire Scottish students and lecturers – and a fantastic culinary journey ahead.
“All colleges from across the whole of Scotland are invited – for free – and a massive thank you to May and City of Glasgow College for their help and support – once we know the numbers of colleges that wish to attend we can then look at number of attendees per college – estimated minimum two lecturers and eight students.”
A live YouTube link will go live at 12.30 on 15th November so that other colleges who could not attend the event can still take part. There are 14 colleges joining A Passion to Inspire on site with a further 26 expected to join online.
The Upskill Day will feature:
- Rupert Rowley, development chef at MSK Ingredients
- Graeme Cheevers from Unalome
- Dan Ashmore, group executive chef at Dean Banks Restaurants
- Willie Pike, Scottish culinary legend
- Ross Sneddon, executive pastry chef at The Balmoral Hotel
