He said: “Obsession 2019 is just around the corner and I cannot wait to host 17 nights of amazing food and wine with Craig and Lisa.
“It’s such a unique event and we once again have a phenomenal line-up. I’m very proud to be bringing such amazing chefs from the around the globe to Northcote.”
Each night will kick off with a Champagne reception followed by five-course dinner, coffee and petit fours. An optional, specially paired wine flight can also be added to tickets.
Goodwin-Allen said: “Hosting our guest chefs during Obsession is an absolute privilege and I eagerly look forward to welcoming them in January.
“It is an unparalleled experience for my team and at each and every Obsession, we treasure the time that we have working shoulder to shoulder with these great chefs from the UK and abroad.
“Nigel has created a wonderful legacy with Obsession and I am looking forward to being in the kitchen with my friend and mentor once again.”
Bancroft concluded: “Obsession is the highlight of our year and although it requires enormous amounts of hard work and dedication from our team, it’s unbelievably rewarding and great fun.
“It’s always a huge success with our guests and we have been overwhelmed by the following that it has built over the years – a following that continues to grow and grow.
“It also gives us an opportunity to support our industry charity Hospitality Action.
“It’s incredible to think that in the 19 years that we have been running the event, thanks to the generosity of our guests, we have raised an astonishing £120,000 for people working in the industry who have fallen on hard times.”
Tickets cost £140 per person including the Champagne reception, dinner and afters. Wine can be added from £55 per person.
