National Restaurateurs’ Dinner reveals chef line-up

Written by: Katie Imms
Tickets are now on sale for the 31st National Restaurateurs’ Dinner, with this year’s annual event in tribute of its founder Roy Ackerman, who passed away last year (2017).

Returning to Shakespeare’s Globe (London) on 1 October, the fundraiser dinner will raise vital funds for the industry while celebrating Ackerman’s life and the ‘contribution he made to the industry.’

With an impressive line-up of chefs set to host the dinner, guests will be treated to a four-course meal prepared by Royal Academy of Culinary Arts chefs: Steve Drake; Chris and Jeff Galvin; Allan Pickett and Ben Tish.

Tickets also include a Laurent-Perrier Champagne reception as well as the chance to win numerous prizes and partake in auction lots.

Co-hosted by the Royal Academy of Culinary Arts, the Academy of Food and Wine, the Wine Guild of the UK and the Restaurant Association, the National Restaurateurs’ Dinner has raised ‘in excess’ of £ 1.5million over the years, and hopes to build on it further this year.

Early bird tickets are available now for £175 +VAT per person or £1950 +VAT for a table of 12. Visit http://nrdinner.co.uk/ for more information.
