Miranda Quantrill joins Craft Guild of Chefs Summit line-up

The Craft Guild of Chefs Education and Training Summit on 9-10 January will feature a presentation by Miranda Quantrill that focuses on training restaurants at Westminster Kingsway College.

Miranda is the curriculum manager for hospitality at Westminster Kingsway College, a historic & vintage food developer, and thermomix advisor. With over 35 years of expertise in the hospitality industry, she has taught a wide range of students and developed authentic historic recipes for television productions.

Miranda is also passionate about sustainability and has led projects to reduce waste and promote ethical produce. She is a Disciple of Escoffier and has received accolades for her dedication to the foundations of cookery.
