Set to launch on Waterloo Place, the 140-cover site will offer ‘high-end authentic Chinese specialities’ made using seasonal ingredients, responsibly sourced fish and live seafood.

Dishes will include: Imperial Treasure’s signature Peking Duck; barbecued meats; caviar with scrambled egg white; grilled silver cod; baked crab with pepper; as well as a selection of vegetarian options and dedicated dim sum menu.

Group founder Alfred Leung said: “We are delighted to bring Imperial Treasure to the capital – London has become one of the most exciting cities in the world for gastronomy and we are looking forward to showcasing our authentic Chinese cuisine to locals and visitors alike.”

The group also operates a two Michelin star restaurant in Shanghai and one star restaurants in Singapore and Hong Kong.
