Michelin Guide Great Britain & Ireland 2023 unveils new stars and awards

The Michelin Guide Ceremony, which was held on Monday 27th March 2023 at the Silverstone Circuit in Northampton, unveiled the new stars and awards.

Twenty restaurants were newly awarded One Michelin Star, three restaurants were awarded Two Michelin Stars and four restaurants were awarded a Michelin Green Star. Five Special Awards were also announced in addition to the 20 newly awarded Bib Gourmands, which had already been announced on Wednesday 22nd March.
