Major develops new & improved recipes for two Mari Base flavours
Created using a ‘unique’ water-based recipe, the Major Mari Base portfolio is ideal for enhancing sauces, creating dips or even being used as part of a sandwich filling. Major has reformulated the Oriental Mari Base – the new recipe offers chefs greater peace of mind and flexibility when working in a busy commercial kitchen environment.
The Korean Mari Base features an authentic and rich blend of chilli and spices from South Asia. This new and improved recipe delivers notes of roasted onion, ginger, miso and chilli. The perfect addition to chicken, steak, seafood and vegetables or even used to enhance soup and sauces, the base is made using a gluten-free recipe and is vegan-approved by the Vegetarian Society.

Available in 1.25 litre pots, the Mari Base range has up to 83 servings per pot, can be stored ambient before opening and refrigerated and consumed within 30 days once opened.
