Leading chefs host Royal Academy of Culinary Arts fundraiser dinner
Founded in 1990 by RACA, the national charity sends chefs and hospitality professionals to local primary and hospital schools, and youth clubs to teach students about cooking, healthy eating, food provenance, and sustainability.
With all proceeds from the ‘Take 3+1 Colleges’ event donated to the charity, the dinner will take place at The Royal Automobile Club (London), where Michelin-starred chefs will prepare the four-course dinner alongside their protégés.
This year’s line-up includes:
- Philip Corrick and former apprentice, Ben Gielen. They will be joined by Michelin-star chef Didier Aniès
- Chris and Jeff Galvin, with Emile Galvin
- John Williams with Adam Smith
- William Curley with Alistair Birt
Inspiring the dinner’s name, catering students from Bournemouth and Poole College, University College Birmingham, Westminster Kingsway College and University of West London will also support each team on the night.
Tickets cost £130 p.p. or £1,100 for a table of ten. This includes a Champagne and canapé reception, four-course dinner with matching wines, entertainment, a raffle and auction.
