
Hotelympia’s La Parade des Chefs competitive lunch now open for reservations
Including teams from Compass, Celtic Manor Resort, Craft Guild of Chefs, Sodexo, the Combined Services Culinary Arts Team, and the English, Welsh and Scottish national culinary teams, this year’s challenge will take place in both La Parade des Chefs restaurants, The Terrace and The Dining Room.
Focusing on the “growing indoor/outdoor dining culture around the UK,” the environment will reflect the “shift away from more formal silver service dining” and the dishes on offer, including: sea scallop, cabbage, burnt apple, sorrel, coastal leaves and wild rice; Welsh venison with cottage pie and a citrus Pannacotta with meringue, jelly and Bergamot sorbet.

The live cook-offs will take place at Hotelympia (ExCeL) from 5-8 March.
