Hospitality leader Adrian Ellis to speak at Education & Training Summit
The Craft Guild of Chefs and the Savoy Educational Trust have announced that award-winning hospitality leader Adrian Ellis will be a keynote speaker at the Education & Training Summit taking place on 8–9 January 2025 at Loughborough College.
With more than 30 years of international hotel management experience, he has held senior roles at leading properties including the five-AA-star Lowry Hotel in Manchester, as well as prestigious hotels in Singapore, Warsaw, Budapest, Baku and Bali.
His career has spanned world-renowned brands such as Le Meridien, Corinthia, Fairmont and the CDL Organisation. Since 2024, Ellis has been director of Hospitality Connect Ltd, a schools engagement programme encouraging young people to consider careers in hospitality.
