Rossato brings over 25 years’ experience in the foodservice industry with him, including a period working as a chef for fining dining and award-winning hospitality businesses including Hilton. Electrolux Professional is planning to double their market share in the region over the next four years.

He joins Electrolux Professional after spending 13 years at Rational in various roles, including national sales director for Brazil and most recently business development manager in the UK & Ireland.

Rossato said: “I am excited to join Electrolux Professional at such a pivotal time in the organisation’s growth journey. To achieve our ambitions, engaging with customers to better understand their specific challenges and goals will be key. Internally, this means facilitating a mindset that places the customer at the heart of every decision.
