The Crumbs Project receives Craft Guild of Chefs accreditation
This recognition highlights their commitment to delivering high-quality culinary training and creating meaningful career pathways in the hospitality industry for those facing barriers to employment.
The Craft Guild of Chefs has officially accredited The Crumbs Project as a training organisation, meeting stringent quality criteria for curriculum, faculty expertise and facilities.
The Crumbs Project’s training programmes and learning environment in Bournemouth were formally assessed by Neil Rippington, who is a respected culinary educator and industry leader who serves on the Craft Guild of Chefs’ Education Committee.
Professor Peter A. Jones MBE, chair of the Crumbs Project, said: “We’re immensely proud to receive this endorsement from such a highly respected institution in the UK hospitality industry.
“Becoming a Craft Guild of Chefs accredited training provider is a significant step forward for The Crumbs Project, both in terms of being recognised for delivering professional culinary training and education to a high standard, but also in terms of reputation, impact, and reach for our charity in the industry.
“We’re always looking for opportunities to connect our charity with chefs and other industry professionals, and so if you’re enthusiastic about shaping the industry to be more inclusive, we’d love to connect.”
