Craft Guild of Chefs Summit to spotlight chefs in Armed Forces
Flight Sergeant Stefan Sewell, executive chef assurance at RAF Benson, will be highlighting training and career opportunities within the Armed Forces at The Craft Guild of Chefs Education & Training Summit, in partnership with the Savoy Educational Trust.
Sewell has an extensive record of achievement in military culinary arts. As Team Captain of the Combined Services Culinary Arts Team (CSCAT), he led tri-service personnel in international competitions such as the IKA Culinary Olympics and the Culinary World Cup.
He was honoured with a 4* Chief of the Air Staff Commendation in the Queen’s Birthday Honours List and served as the RAF lead for the Royal British Legion’s Centenary Cookbook in 2021, a project celebrating the RBL’s enduring support to HM Forces.
