Craft Guild of Chefs to host Wellness Experience in August
Ellie Olds, head of nutrition at Holroyd Howe and striker for Fulham FC Woman’s first team, will be the special guest at the event. She is a registered nutritionist with the AFN and was recently recognised with a The Caterer Acorn Award.
Her goal is to promote positive relationships with food and give people the knowledge to make healthier food choices, giving them the power to perform. The event will take place on Monday 18th August 2025, starting at 5.15pm and finishing at 7pm. It is taking place at 210 High Holborn London WC1V 7HD.
Ellie will share her expertise on the transformative power of nutrition — how what we eat fuels not only our physical health, but our mental clarity, mood, and overall vitality. From gut health to fibre, she’ll reveal the simple changes that can make a lasting difference.
The event will also dive into the vibrant world of plant diversity and why aiming for 30 different plants a week can be a ‘game-changer’, and how to embrace the beauty of seasonal eating for better balance and variety.
Ellie will be joined by Jessica for an open and inspiring conversation, debunking the myth that ‘chef nutrition’ has to be complicated and offering practical tips and real answers to your questions.
Whether you're a regular or this is your first time, the Craft Guild of Chefs Wellness team can’t wait to welcome you. Come curious. Leave inspired. For more information or to book your place, visit here.
