Written by: Edward Waddell
The Craft Guild of Chefs Education & Training Summit, held in partnership with the Savoy Educational Trust, has already proven to be a major success, with the welcome dinner on Thursday 8th January 2026 completely sold out.

Taking place at the Radmoor Restaurant at Loughborough College, the evening will welcome 80 residential delegates from across the hospitality and education sectors, highlighting the strong appetite for collaboration, learning, and professional development within the industry.

The sold-out dinner reflects the growing reputation of the Summit as a key date in the calendar, bringing together educators, employers, and suppliers who are passionate about developing future talent.

Delegates attending the programme will benefit from high-quality discussions, networking opportunities, and insights into the latest thinking around education and training.

David McKown, chair of the Craft Guild of Chefs Education and Training Committee, said: “A fantastic response and great support, we are now on track for 100 for the business day on Friday 9th January - places can still be booked for the Friday.”

With momentum building ahead of the business-focused programme on Friday 9th January, organisers are encouraging those who have not yet registered to secure their place.

The Summit continues to underline the strength of industry engagement and the shared commitment to investing in the next generation of hospitality professionals. Booking link: https://midasnetwork.co.uk/summit.
