Craft Guild of Chefs 2021 AGM

Written by: Edward Waddell
In a year like no other we at the Craft Guild of Chefs have strived to ensure that where possible we have been able to run a great many of our normal events and competitions, and this year’s AGM will be no different.

Not being able to host a physical AGM is not what we had imagined, and for the second year in a row no less!

We will be prerecording an AGM in advance of Sunday 11th April, and the plan is to send out to all members, as well as via our website, these details nearer the time. At present the plan is for all to be able to watch at 11.30 on Sunday 11th April, this should last around 20 minutes.

As part of the AGM is to vote in the new committee for the 2021/2022 year we have included as below various documents for all to view, this includes agenda, the minutes from the 2019 AGM, Bios on committee nominations where there is more than one person, and a ballot paper for completion for committee positions and resolutions.

We require the ballot papers to be returned to the Craft Guild Office by 5.00pm on Tuesday 16 March 2021. These can be sent via post, scanned in and emailed etc, the email address is [email protected]

Please take time to read through the ballot paper along with any bios for the selection of your new 2021-2022 Craft Guild Committee, also remember that you will need to be a fully paid-up personal member to be able to cast your votes.
