Craft Guild announces second Lunch Club

Following the success of our first ever Lunch Club at La Chapelle (London, October), we are delighted to announce that the next event will take place 3 December at Min Jiang restaurant, the Royal Garden Hotel.

Offering members and non-members alike the chance to network and discuss the latest industry happenings, the Craft Guild of Chefs’ Lunch Club scheme is also a great excuse for chefs to get together over some great food and wine.

 

At just £35 per person, tickets for the Min Jiang lunch include wine, mineral water and Jasmine Tea, as well as the star-studded menu below:

  • Min Jiang Platter: Min Jiang steamed Xiao long cao, crispy prawn rolls with fresh asparagus, baked char siew puff
  • Bi feng tang soft shell crab with garlic and chili
  • Crispy tofu with salt, pepper, dried chili and garlic
  • Legendary wood-fired Beijing duck
  • Roasted Alaskan black cod fillet in sha cha sauce
  • Sautéed rib eye of beef in Mongolian sauce
  • Traditional roasted chicken in satay sauce
  • Seasonal vegetables stir-fried with garlic
  • Fried rice with iced duck
  • Fresh Mango cream with sago pearls and pomelo
