The team had to create a mocktail and match juices their Nordic themed dishes. Their Nordic Spritzer mocktail using Pago Pink Grapefruit juice was rated as 'outstanding' by judge Andrew Daniels.

The student team of Olivia James, Amy Phillips and Luke Smith were presented with their trophy by Marvin Henshaw from Pago. Also pictured is Vicky Enderson, chair of judges for the competition.
