Claude Bosi celebrates Chefs’ Chef Award win
Claude Bosi was the big winner at the AA Hospitality Awards 2018 yesterday (24 September), taking home the Chefs’ Chef award – voted for by industry peers – for his “undiminished passion for his craft and commitment to the stove.”
Recognised at a glittering ceremony at the Grosvenor House Hotel (London), Bosi joined fellow winners as listed below:
- AA Restaurant of the Year (London) – Sabor (Nieves Barragan, executive chef)
- AA Restaurant of the Year (England) – Sorrel (owner, Steve Drake)
- AA Restaurant of the Year (Scotland) - The Newport Restaurant (chef patron Jamie Scott)
- AA Restaurant of the Year (Wales) - The Machine House Restaurant

- AA Wine Award (Wales and overall) - Park House Restaurant (Adam Pledger, wine buyer and director)
