Claude Bosi celebrates Chefs’ Chef Award win

Claude Bosi was the big winner at the AA Hospitality Awards 2018 yesterday (24 September), taking home the Chefs’ Chef award – voted for by industry peers – for his “undiminished passion for his craft and commitment to the stove.”

Recognised at a glittering ceremony at the Grosvenor House Hotel (London), Bosi joined fellow winners as listed below:

 

  • AA Restaurant of the Year (London) – Sabor (Nieves Barragan, executive chef)
  • AA Restaurant of the Year (England) – Sorrel (owner, Steve Drake)
  • AA Restaurant of the Year (Scotland) - The Newport Restaurant (chef patron Jamie Scott)
  • AA Restaurant of the Year (Wales) - The Machine House Restaurant
  • (Kevin Lynn, chef/owner)
  • AA Wine Award (Wales and overall) - Park House Restaurant (Adam Pledger, wine buyer and director)
  • AA Wine Award (England) - The Harrow at Little Bedwyn (Roger Jones, chef owner)
  • AA Wine Award (Scotland) - Timberyard (Joseph Radford, director)
  • AA Pub of the Year (England) - The Crafty Baa
  • AA Pub of the Year (Wales) - The Nags Head Inn
