Attendees will include both David Foskett MBE, John Cousins and the Victor Ceserani Foundation hopes to have a contribution from Ronnie Kinton, who is now nearly 102. Lunch, at £105 per person, will be based on some of Victor's favourite recipes with a selection of wines to accompany each course.

A spokesperson said: “Preceded by a reception, with canapés in The Crystal Palace Suite within Hilton Park Lane to give you time to meet and exchange memories of Victor. All profits from the lunch and raffle will be donated to the Victor Ceserani Foundation which gives bursaries to help those starting their careers in the hospitality industry.”
